Mission

Why We Exist

Public Arts and Culture Alliance makes art a part of everyday public life. We produce accessible programs in public space, support emerging artists and designers, and build cross-cultural exchange — with a special commitment to Asian arts and the traditions our communities carry with them.

Our founding team has spent years doing this work on the ground: more than one hundred hands-on workshops since 2024, two seasons of art programming on car-free Summer Streets avenues, and a ten-day international exhibition that drew over 2,500 visitors. PACA exists to give that practice a permanent, public, nonprofit home — and to grow it into programming neighborhoods can count on every year.

Our Status

Formed October 22, 2026
